Incorrect name in US VISA stamped in passport

Hello,

I am in peculiar situation and looking for some help.
I recently got my VISA stamped after dropbox submission at New Delhi and name printed on VISA is not matching to DS-160 and passport.
Basically consulate split my first name which is “ABC DEF” ( dont have surname in passport)

First Name - ABC
Surname - DEF

Ideally they should have issued VISA with
First Name - FNU
Surname - ABC DEF

Can someone please let me know how to correct this mistake by consulate?

I have raise a case with USA travel-doc using CGI portal but case is pending with consulate since 10th June with status “Escalated to Post”.

Any clue/trigger point will greatly help.

Hey Is it resolved for you? How long did it take… I also have got an error in my visa stamp and not able to get much info. Have got case id against my issue.
