In person appointment even though I’m eligible for Dropbox

I am trying to schedule and appointment for my H1B renewal and I am eligible for Dropbox. But wanted to know if I can still go for an in person interview, I don’t see any slots for Dropbox in the time favorable for me. I don’t have any emergency situation.

No, you should not go for the in person interview, if you do not have any emergency.
Yes, slots situation is bad, but you cannot answer anything wrong to get an in-person appointment. It can create issues later.
