I have an approved I140 with my current employer for a specific job title. I have been recently promoted and yet to get a new job title with additional/more responsibilities. What are my options? Is it better to leave my existing I140/application as is and file a new PERM with the new job title and responsibilities? If so, will I be able to port my priority date from my existing application onto my new application once the I140 is approved on my new application?
