Impact on H4 EAD

I received my H4 EAD. My husband is now changing his job and the H1B is transferred. The old employer has not revoked the previous i140 and the new employer is yet to file PERM.

My questions are

Is my EaD valid?

If it is, When my EAD is nearing its end , I can apply with new I 140 for extension ?

Yes, EAD is still valid and can use it to continue to work.

EAD extension can be applied if the old I-140 has not been revoked yet.
