if i have file LCA on 3 rd april and it will take 7 days for approvl then ath that time as pe rnews lottry done on 7th april so my application will be in that lottry que or i am alrady out
If this is your first time H1b ever, you have missed the current H1b season, if your application packet with approved LCA has not been received at USCIS by April 5th, 2013.
