If H1B is revoked, will I be able to travel on my H4

Hi,

My H1 petition is approved for company A and completed the stamping process. There are no immediate requirements in onsite and there is a delay in sending me. I have a H4 VISA which is valid till 16th Sept 2016. My H1 petition/VISA are valid till 2nd Nov 2015. I have below queries.

  1. If I quit from company A, will I be able to travel to US on my H4 VISA?

  2. After entering US, if I get an offer from new employer, will my H1 be cap exempt?

  3. Is H1 transfer possible in this case? (As I will not have US paystubs)

  4. If no, should my new employer wait till April 2015 to file my H1 petition or can they do it immediately?

  5. Can I start working once the petition is filed or should i wait till my petition is approved?

  6. COS (H4 to H1) is sufficient or VISA stamping is mandate for me to start working in US?
