If h1 denied, am i still cap exempt

Hi,

my H1b was denied this year by UScis. can i find another sponsor and apply this year with cap exempt?

Or will we get money back? Or any others options for denial

If the petition was denied, then no cap-exempt petition can be filed. You have to go through the cap again.

USCIS doesn’t return any money to employer for denied petition.
