My lawyer filed for my H1-b transfer and it got approved
But he didn’t file the H4 with the application, when inquired he said
since current h4 is expiring on 09/30/2014 there is no need to file the h4 transfer.
Is that true? as in past my h1 and h4 application were submitted together
He said my wife could take my new job h1 docs to consulate and get h4 stamped
