if case is rejected in h1b lottery,will fee be refunded

Hi,

If a particular case is not selected in lottery,will they return the fees paid??I mean will they return back our application and money or it will be considered as rejected case and money will not be refunded.Pls advise.

Incase you dont make it, you will get the check back with the all the petition documents that you had submitted.
