My current i94 is valid till sept 2020, And i switched my job on H1B. Transfer is in progress with RFE. I want to know what happens if my H1B transfer is denied. Do I have to leave and apply back from my home country or Can i use any grace period since my i94 is valid ?
You can still use it and make another transfer with the same company or another. It doesnt matter unless u have a valid i797 and is not expired
