Hi,
I will be traveling to India in July and returning on 1st of Aug. My old PED is valid till 31st august. I have my L1 extension i797a starting from 1st of Sep. So there is continuation. However I am reading that the CBP may only give me an i94 based on my older PED of 31st august and not consider the new i797a dates. Has any one faced this situation? Any advice?
