Hi All,
My H1b visa expired in Feb 2017 and i recently got RFE for extension and now I need to travel to India next week .
Will travelling to India impact my extension ?
I am not coming back for another 3-4 months so I am good with waiting till my Visa get extended and then stanped.
But I am worried that being in India with expired i94 hurt my chances for extension.
