I94 expairing in one month, but H1b is valid for 2 more years

Hello Friends,

My I-94 was issued for short term as my Indian passport was having limited validity when i entered USA. Now i got my new passport with 10 years validity. My H1b on old passport is valid till 2014. How can i extend / renew my I-94 validity? Do i need to exit and re-enter USA?

Please help me with your advise.

At the time of H1B approval, you must have received I-94 from USCIS. Check the date on that I-94 which should be last date of your H1B approval.
