Hi, what questions can I expect at POE with i797B. I have recently lost a job and was on 60 days grace period. I had a new H1 applied on 59th day but my new start date was not until a week later. The H1 was approved but extension was denied due to the reason that attorney didn’t mention anything about layoff until USCIS officer asked about most recent paychecks in RFE. Since the attorney was not honest, they didn’t approve the extension. Please share your experience if any one was in similar situation.
