our I797 extensions (H1 and H4) was approved on Oct-2018.
No need. As her H4 was already extended. She just needs to file I-765 form. Read Apply for H4 EAD Process

My husband filed H1, H4 and H4 EAD under premium process, got the H1 extension(approved) also got the appointment date for Biometrics, My question is I need to travel to India(H4) to check on my parents health, Can I travel once done with biometrics( have a valid stamped Visa until oct 2019)? Please let me know
