Hi All
My I140 was received by USCIS on April 14, 2021 and it has been 21 days and 16 business days
My lawyers said that the premium processing has not been cashed. They said USCIS has rejected the check and returns to attorney’s office.
Could you please recommend what are the next steps to be taken to get i-140 as my wife needs my i140 so that she can enter USA to apply her EAD.
