for I129 petition i got I797B notice of approval but then there was change of employment so now if I file I129 then will be come under quota or not as on uscis site it was showing post decision activity till june but now it is showing intial review although i have petition approval reciept.
Ask your employer if they know what’s going on w/ the petition. They can follow-up w/ USCIS to know if the online status of Initial Review is just a technica glitch or if USCIS is reviewing the petition again based on new discovery.
If you want to change employers, then the new employer will file cap-exempt H-1 petition which will not be subject to cap. This assumes your previous petition was indeed approved and USCIS hasn’t gone back on their decision.
