I129 Petition approved but did not received I797

My petition against I129 is approved on 30th October 2015 but not yet received I797.

What is last date of receiving it .Please advice I am worried.

Employer/attorney should receive it within 30 days. If not, they should follow-up w/ USCIS. It is employer’s discretion when to share it w/ you.
