I work in Bangalore…My I-797B has consulate as hyderabad, so now to which consulate I need to schedule my appointment.

In the past, people were allowed to go to any consulate in India. You can also do the same, but to be sure you can check w/ the consulate help desk as well, or from someone who has done this recently.
