I am currently on F1 visa and completed my 2 semseter but i want to open my own business in US and want to stay in US. I dont want to study further. Please let me know is there any way to get any kind of work visa…thanks…
If your business investment plan includes $500,000 in new cash, you will be eligible to apply for green card in the EB investor trader category. Otherwise it is not legal to own or run a business in the primary categories of f-1 j-1 or h-1. Note that if you have a dependent visa and an EAD. then you can start a business
