I have filed my H1b with USCIS on May 14th,i.e they have received my docs…
My employer doesnt let us know my application number neither updates it at Intranet.
Its been more than 3 months and no updates from employer…so want to know whats going on and how much more time it gonna take…
It is sent to Vermont Service Center…Regular cap…
I even want to knwo what are the process steps that USCIS takes in when they receive documents.Awaiting for reply…
Did you got Client approval/cleared interview to join project in US ?
incase your employer is not willing to tell processing status then you can find via client if requirement is immediate then employer will convert your visa in to premium and you can get result in 15 days.
if there is no urgency then they left visa processing to get approval in normal processing which can take 2-6 months
I dnt get ur first point…my H1b is filed for my previous client,which i have left and joined another project.
What is the another way of finding it? I want to know how exactly it takes in…because my teammates who has filed with me had got a approval from USCIS and mine is pending for decision after intial review…
