I have a H1 approval which I got in Oct, 2008. I am not 100% whether it can be useful anymore. I need your help to get some of the genuine consultants details who will apply for H1-b sincerely.

When you post your resume on dice, nettemps or careerbuilder; mention this fact that you were once approved for H-1B. You will be contacted by consultants. To find out if they are genuine, you will know. The fake ones have less interest in your experience.

Thanks for your comment. Now one consultant approached me (value consulting, VA) and asking for USD 2500 to apply my case on CAP exempt. Since my I797B validity is from (10/01/2008 to 09/18/2011) still my case can be considered as we have 6 years of time after the expiry date? Please suggest me, whether I can proceed with value consulting?
