I stamped H1b visa without my wife and kid but now i have changed my decision and want to bring them with me. for that,
Can they stand for stamping H4b visa before my journey ?
Is there any question will be arise by VO?
Is there need any permission letter from my employer? or any special docment?
and Should i go with them when visa stamping?

They can obtain visa before yr departure.
Follow the same procedure like yours, take appointment
Child can and will get drop box and any case will not be allowed in consulate
Wife should carry complete wedding photo album , original Marriage certificate , copy of yr stamped visa , I 797 etc.
You wil not be allowed inside consulate and can practise baby sitting by having kid with you while wife alone goes for Interview
