I see an NIV receipt number for my name. Does this mean I cleared the lottery?
(Note : In USCIS site when I give my receipt number, it says NO CASE FOUND).
Please help me understand my lottery result !
I assume you have received an EAC number. Lot of people have reported this issue. As long as your employer/attorney has provided you an EAC number, it is safe to assume that you have made through the lottery. USCIS need to fix their EAC status tracker.
