My in-laws applied for B1/B2 visa in April 2017. They were rejected. I applied again for B1/B2 visa in Sep 2017. But when I completed DS160 forms and tried to apply for visa, I get CGI Reference Number to pay fees same as previous application (April 2017). Is it correct? Axis bank representative wasn’t sure if it is correct or not. Would you please help me?
