I have unused H1B petition valid from 5th,Nov 2013 to 4th Nov 2014.
There is no requirement in the project so didnot attend for PA. Is there any chance that i can use that expired H1B petiotion ? can i go for PA from another company with that expired petition ? I would like to know the possibility of using that petition.
