I need to transfer my h1b visa from Employer A to Employer B.I have all paystubs for employer A.DO we need to give w2 also.
Can I do H1b transfer submitting only paystub no W2? I have W2 buy issue is that my employer had shown LCA that I was in his location New Jersey but generated tax based on where I was working .
I have most recent 3 paystub showing New jersey taxation
So can I transfer H1b giving all documents of new employer and most 3 recent paystub
