I have not received any update from USCIS regarding my H1B petition – Neither Receipt Number nor Rejected package – What’s my situation ? Are there still any hopes for me ? Its almost June end now.
I believe that your application was filed under Regular Processing.
I do not want to sound negative here but the chances of getting through at this stage is very bleak. Having said this, you can still have some hope in the fact that you have not received the Rejection package yet!
This time around USCIS seems to be taking a lot of time in sending the Rejection packages though…
