hi,

i have applied for H1 in 2014 and there are RFE raised and denied and again re-opened and now the status is “Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction” from august 2015. can i file for New H1 this year. because my old case is still in pending, will there be any rejection for new case if i apply this year.

please help me on this…

Yes, a new H-1 can be filed while the old one goes through the motions.
