I received my passport . 
Just i got an update in CEAC website status on: ISSUED – 11th Dec 2017

I Have attended visa interview in hyderabad on 16th Nov. and my passport has been taken by visa officer. no paper is given to me after the interview.
when i checked in cgifederal.secure.force.com/ website it is showing “passport is with US coucellate”
but, when i checked in the below ceac(CEAC) i found that as Refused.
