Well, why do you want to do MS ? You already have M.tech. Is your goal to move to US ? I suggest you read these articles and clarify
MS in US - Professor or PhD ?Studying again without a proper goal and not even knowing what you want to study is not good for you and it will not add value. I suggest you think deeply and then make a decision.
