I have completed my m.tech in India. Due to some reasons i could not do masters in US. Can I apply now. Do institues have any criteria for doing masters for already masters. And if i wanted to do masters in the same field, can i do.
Yes, you can. No, there is nothing as such. Yes, you can do in the same field. You would need to mention in your Statement of Purpose your reason for second masters in the same field.
