I want to pursue my MBA FROM US. I have a score of 720 in GMAT and i don’t have any work experience. What actually does the visa officers can ask in interview. Do they reject my visa because of no-work-experience and things like that.

Not necessarily, 720 is a good score and, if you have admission from school and can afford to pay for it, you have a fair chance, be confident and go for it.
