Just approach some good consultancy to give direction… mean while, just complete it IELTS,GRE after finding the right guidance from reputed consultancy. Also, make sure you write down your long term objectives and also financial eligibility and Goals.

Yes, you can. But, you have only 15 years of education, so the admission may depend on the school. You need to check with school. Before all of this, I would like to ask you a basic question, Why do you want to study in US ? What is your goal ? Just jumping the bandwagon of MS in US may not be the best thing in long term.
