I have applied for H1B and have to convert to PP now. Initially i applied with Inhouse project and its still in Initial review. I got job now with start date as Oct 1st. Do i need to convert the petition to PP for the existing Inhouse project or do i need to make an amendment with the new job i got now. problem is job desc is different from the Inhouse project & the new project i got now. Please help.
PP is meant for speeding up your process time. if you upgrade now you will get the decision soon. Amendment is for change of information. it is better you can wait under the old petion getting approved with inhouse project if your confident on that approval and if they request any additional documents.
