I have a three i94 and want to know if I do need to file extension and when.

Due to location change my employer filed relocation amendment in regular processing. But due to my i94 expiry is near they also filed Extension later in premium. I got the Extension approval with I94 till Feb 2020.

But as my relocation amendment was filed earlier and in regular processing, so I got the Amendment approval with i94 valid till June 2018, after my extension approval.

I also recently traveled to India and POE officer gave new i94 which is valid till Feb2020 and on CBP website also I can see i94 till 2020, as per my latest Port of entry.

Please let me know, do I need to file extension now? or I am good till Feb 2020.

Since you travel outside and came back and got a valid I-94 during the entry that should be final.

So that means I do not have to file amendment or extension till I change my current location/Client and the current one is valid till Feb 2020 .
