My friend’s H-1B is picked up in lottery. He was PP/NON-AD/CA

They are in US right now and the situation right now is that the wife lost a new born baby. and the doc has said to rest for a month or a half. Now they’re willing to come to India in July and want to come back in before 1st OCT. Will this affect anything?

No impact. They can attend H-1 and H-4 visa stamping in India and return around Oct 1 to work on H-1.
