I have a H1B approved petiton but never went for stamping. I got it in the year 2008. Now a US company want to hire me. Can this company use my old approved H1B to take me there. What is the process involved from my end and company’s end?
The new company must file a cap-exempt petition for you using the previuosly approved petition’s receipt no.
You will have to send scanned copied of all the relevant documents (educational, experience and personal) to the company (or the attorney). The company could give you more information on what all documents are required.
