My H1B got picked in 2016.I had got RFE.If my employer withdraws my H1B.Can I continue the application process for next year with H1B receipt I-797C? Can I avoid lottery pickup with the receipt for next year and proceed with further process or the receipt is useless after withdrawl?
If it is withdrawn before it is approved, then that’s the end of the road for you. You can apply fresh in lottery next year.
