I got H1 approval without I 94.I am on L1 in US as of now.I applied for COS as well but there is no update on it and i need to fly back to INDIA.Can i stay in US ?What is the process of staying in US without going back to INDIA for stamping.After i left to INDIA if i get COS can i use that when i come to US again?
