I am want to go for H1 stamping to Canada. Model is EVC.

What are my chances of getting the visa. If GOD forbid something happens how long can I stay in Canada or do I have travel back to my home country and come back again when the case is approved for stamping.

Ans: Till ur Canada visitor visa expires..

Ans: (If H1 is rejected )  After your Canada visa expires you have to return to ur home country..You cannot enter USA without a H1 stamping..

 

Its always good to get your H1 stamped in your home country....

Did you got your visa stamped as even mine is EVC model applied this year. My petition got approved need to go for Visa Interview.
