Working with Company A on STEM OPT which expires in FEB 2018
H1b picked from Company B but RFE for LCA on Aug 21
Attorney of Company B in the process of filing response to RFE
My doubt is can I continue working with Company A on STEM opt till my H1b is approved as my School has sent me a mail saying that from Oct 1 ur OPT is changed to H1b
Should I intimate my School of the receipt of RFE and allow to continue on STEM OPT till RFE is cleared
Please reply urgently as I have to decide
