I am on H1B and sponsoring My wife's cousin sister

Hello, I am on H1B and I would like to sponsor my wife’s cousin for her visit to the USA. She is in her 3rd year of Engineering in India. Please advise necessary documentation from my side and also documentation that she needs to prepare for herself.
