I’ve received the receipt via mail from the employer but uscis site status check show " case not found" any ideas when the update happens? Its been a week now. Is it something to worry about now

Are you sure its the right case number?

Because the Case number has the format described in the following link:

As explained in this link EAC-13-138 seems right

But generally the next five digits start with 5. Yours seems to start with 6.

I searched a few numbers before and after the case number mentioned in your comment. I saw there were no cases registered. So check your number with your employer!

The timeline is 2-6 months… But depends… it might be faster sometimes (if u r lucky) or late (if there is too much load on the officer who gets ur application)…
