What is the process for EB2 and how its get issued based on what consultant is saying for eligibility . Also any specife criteria for indians? is it worth to spend money and time after this? what is the time frame to getting it? consultant is also saying we will get you the job in USA govt ot semi govt sector.
There are 2 things:

you should qualify for EB-2 i.e. either done Masters in US or have progressive work experience of more than 5 years before joining the employer who is filing GC for you

the offered postion should have a minium requirement of Masters or Bachelors + 5 years of work experience
