Hi, I am filing for ‘Adjustment of Status’ I-485 for my elderly mother. She is over 63 years old with no credit record, taxable income in US. She is not receiving an y Govt. Benefits as well.
Is I-944 form is still applicable to her case? should I still submit with all “NO” / N/A answers?
what other supporting documents I need to submit. Can any one help me with form I-944 question please?
