Hi All,
I am on H1-B visa and My I-94 is getting maxed out after 6yrs.
Due to certain health reasons, I wanted to avoid the travel for few months.
I called USCIS and they mentioned it is possible to get extension under these Coronavirus Outbreak situation and asked me to file I-539 form.
However, my employer is not agreeing to file the same that it can’t be done.
Can someone please suggest as what I can do??
