I travelled to US in Sep 2016 with H4 status with My husband. My I-94 expired in July first week. But my husband’s petion extention and my h4 extention is filed together before i-94 expired(6 months back). My husband’s extention is in RFE now. Because of My i-94 expired, do I need to leave USA ? If not can I apply for H1B transfer using my previous H1B (filed in 2014) petition now?
