My Amendment and extention together filed on JAN 2017 and I got RFE on last week of May. It's replied on Aug first week and I got second RFE on Aug last Week. My assignment ends on Aug 25tth and I got another assignment with the same employer but different client and it needs amendment.So they are starting to file amendment for new client and new location. In between this, In July 2017 My i-94 expired. Is it possible for me to change the employer and do amendment(or transfer) instead of staying with Current employer and waiting for their amendment. Is it valid to transfer company even if my I-94 expired and I applied for extention before it's validity expired and that extention is in RFE ?
