My H1B approved in 2021 and I attended the interview in Jan 2022, and ended with 221g.
the employer have been saying that they responded to USCIS, but USCIS is not reviewing or responding back.
However now I want to transfer my h1b to new employer and try. the I-797B is valid from ‘10/01/2021 to 09/30/2024’ (3yrs) as per the approval notice. means close to end of the date.
do i need to go to lottery again after 09/30/204 or still my I-797B valid, could you pls advise.
